Mrs. Irgens

​Welcome to the Wilton Miner's 2nd grade webpage! My name is Mrs. Irgens and this is my second year teaching in Wilton. Some of you may have heard students talking about Miss Drengson which was my former name. I was married this July 12 and I currently live in Bismarck with my husband Jon and his son.



I grew up in a small town called Pembina which is located in the very far north east corner of North Dakota where I grew up with two older brothers. After completing high school, I attended and graduated from the University of North Dakota with my Bachelor's in Elementary Education and Minor in Special Education. 



I took my first teaching job in Rolette, North Dakota which is located on Highway 2. It's south of Belcourt and north of Rugby. I taught 2nd grade there for four years and was also a volleyball coach ranging from Junior High to B-Squad. 

 

 

 

During my free time, I enjoy visiting family and friends. I like to travel, shop, watch and attend sporting events, fishing, and hunting.
